These terms and conditions apply to your use of the spinegym.com website and every order placed with spinegym.com
We appreciate our customers and try to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. The following terms and conditions have been set out in a user-friendly way to help you, the customer, in every stage of your order.
1. Our contract with you
When an order is placed, you are offering to buy the selected product(s) from us, spinegym.com, and we will send you an order acknowledgement email once your order has been placed. Your offer shall only be accepted by us however, once we place the product(s) you have ordered from us, onto the delivery van. Only then shall a legally binding contract be formed between us. Until this point we can decline to supply the goods. We will try to ensure that this never happens, but we do however, reserve the right to not fulfil your order for any reason. This however can happen if, for example, we have made an error with the price or similar, or we simply can’t supply the product you need. In the event of these circumstances, we will refund you any money that you’ve paid to us.
We display the availability SpineGym on the website, as well as estimated delivery periods. We deliver many products each week and therefore have to rely on a computer system for our stock control. Unfortunately, occasionally computers get it wrong. If this is the case and we get this wrong, we will tell you as soon as we know and we will do our best to supply you with your selected product(s) within your chosen delivery time.
All the prices we display include VAT and include delivery, unless stated specifically on the website. You can see further information about our delivery charges on our delivery page and at check-out.
We deliver to every UK postcode (including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland). If we do not currently deliver to your destination of choice, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can set up a delivery option for your destination.
There are various delivery options available depending on your needs and how much you want to pay. These options are set out clearly on the checkout page before you place your order.
