Is the SpineGym suitable for people with low fitness levels or impaired mobility?
SpineGym is suitable for everyone, including groups with special requirements. The exercises are carried out either standing up or sitting down, depending on the SpineGym exerciser model. Strengthening the abdominal and back muscles is particularly important for people with back or balance problems, who already suffer from issues caused by weak muscles.
How often should I use the SpineGym?
Just 4 or 5 minutes of exercise 3 or 4 times a week is enough. Results will become apparent soon after starting regular exercise. The pace of development depends on how strong the stabilizer muscles were to begin with, on whether the exercises are performed in the correct position, and on how regularly they are carried out.
Klarna
I have been asked to go to Klarna’s site. Is this correct?
If you have chosen to Pay After Delivery (with a 14 or 30 day grace period), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.
If Klarna gives me the option to Pay After Delivery within 14 or 30 days, does a credit search take place against me?
Neither Klarna nor SpineGym run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It’s very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.
Why have I not been offered Pay After Delivery?
Although Pay After Delivery is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay After Delivery method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout

SpineGym Suitability
Can SpineGym be used with degeneration of the whole spine?
Yes SpineGym can be used in conjunction with the degeneration of the whole spine. As this condition changes quite drastically from person to person, we advise to get advice from your physio/doctor to see if SpineGym could be suitable for yourself
Is the product suitable for scoliosis?
For some cases yes SpineGym is very suitable. Both problems can be so different from one person to another. For example scoliosis can be so “light”, that the person doesn’t even know having it. On the other hand it can be so severe, that it totally distorts the posture, making it sometimes impossible to get into the training position. So the answer is yes, but the final answer for the personal suitability comes only by having tested the device.
Can this be used following spinal decompression surgery?
Yes SpineGym has been used following spinal decompression surgery. The trick is that the exercise needs to be done VERY carefully. At the beginning it is only about stretching up in the device so, that the belt & shoulder paddings give just a minimal resistance to this “straightening of the back”. The same is valid also for the abdominal side; very, very small movement with just a hint of force. The rotatory movements are completely forbidden. At a later stage they can be performed, but with just a very small movement. The core muscles are activated already with a slightest of movement. Actually the core is exercised most effectively when the force used remains under 30% of the maximal force
